The villa is situated in the rural town of Ouled Hassoune, to the east of Marrakesh, on the way to Fez. The villa is at the start of the route, 4km from the village where local businesses can be found.

Situated between the Atlas and the Djibelets mountains, 20km from the historical centre of Marrakesh and 30 minutes from Menara airport. Calm and tranquil are the order of the day. The Amelkis and Royal golf courses are a few minutes away, along with many equestrian centres. Multiple day trips are possible in the grandiose landscapes nearby.
